“ Hands down the best crackling pork banh mi I’ve had in Brisbane for $12. Price wise it’s consistent with everywhere else at the moment. There’s a public holiday surcharge of 10%, not sure if there’s a card surcharge as well because I paid in cash. Shop doesn’t have many seats it’s more of a take away kind of restaurant. Tables could be cleaned after patron has left but I guess staff were busy at the back cooking. Customer service was alright, took a while before I was served even though they sale me walk in. Flavour wise this banh mi hits the spot. Highly recommended! ”

“ Randomly visited Crackling while passing through the area, and glad we did! My wife ordered the Wonton & Pork soup, while I selected the Roast Duck Noodle soup. Both were excellent, with silky, delicately flavoured broth and plenty of ingredients. I counted at least six decent chunks of duck in my soup, probably more, and we both left full and satisfied. We were that impressed that we returned again the following week. I stuck to my duck guns, while my wife gravitated towards the Crispy Skin Chicken Noodle soup. Again, lots of protein received, with the chicken actually being served on a separate plate. Considering other businesses will simply add shredded chicken to their meals, this was impressive. And filling! Overall, Crackling is a humble business that provides decent service and wonderful meals. It's money well spent, especially on these cold winter nights. I'm glad we found them and we will be back. ”
